Guess what?! January is National Soup Month, National Slow Cooking Month, & National Oatmeal Month (among several others, lol).
Every Thursday this month, I am going to highlight a few of my favorite recipes for each by some of my favorite food bloggers, authors, chefs, etc.
Oatmeal:
Cal: 225kcal | Fat 6g | CHO 39.5g | Fiber 4.5g | Pro 5.5g

This has just enough sweetness to satisfy. I usually have it with a side of greek yogurt or an egg & I'm good to go!
Slow Cooker:
Slow Cooker Beef Ragu (Skinnytaste)
Cal: 176kcal | Fat 7g | CHO 15g | Fiber 3g | Pro 16g

I like this because it sneaks in some veggies for the kiddos. Sometimes I skip the pasta & serve it with zoodles.
Soup:

Everything I have made by Chungah has been, well ... Damn Delicious! It's light but satisfying & full of flavor! (My estimated calories using my MyFitnessPal were: Cal 223 | Fat 10.7g | CHO | 14.4g | Pro 5.3g)
