Plan Ahead: Kids Bucket List

August 7th - 13th is National Exercise With Your Child Week


It is a great time for modeling positive healthy habits and bonding with your kids, while making exercise what it should be ... fun!


Today I sat down with my kiddos and had them write out their "Bucket List" exercise activities they would like to do to celebrate next week. This way, I can estimate what activities we can do on particular days (I say estimate because of course ... weather permitting).


The best way to take action is with preparation!



Get creative! I can't wait to see what you all come up with next week!!!
